I posed this question a while back and I have not yet seen a resonse. I’m hoping to get a little insight into previous decisions. Is there a good website to search NC cases?
I am currently active duty military and my wife (and 1 child from previous marriage) was divorced and is currently residing in NC. What is the likelihood of the court approving her petition to move out-of-state with her daughter (her biological father is against them leaving the state) in order for us to live together? We are planning to offer a standard monthly long distance visitation plan (alternating holidays and longer summer visits). She is also considering to offer to cover all travel costs provided child support continues to be paid or split costs if not being paid.
