Advantages of hiring a PI

Dear jrqd01:

Greetings. It may benefit you to hire a PI if she is having this man spend the night with your children in the home where she lives. Also, if this man has a criminal record, does drugs, drinks excessively, etc., that may help. Best of luck.

The only reliable manner to obtain complete and adequate legal advice is to consult with an attorney, fully explain your situation, and allow the attorney sufficient opportunity to research the applicable law and facts required to render an accurate opinion. I have read some of the previous posts of hiring a PI. My wife and I have been seperated for 7 months. The paperwork is in progress. I would like to obtain sole custody of our 2 kids. I have suspected that my wife was involved with someone while we were together yet I don’t have enough proof. If I were to hire a PI now to see if this person is in her life how would this benefit me if at all?
