RE: Custody/alimony/child support/visitation/equittable distrubution
If my current husband and I are able to agree to all terms w/out the aid of an attorney, can I then hire a attorney on an hourly basis to just go over the agreement and make sure my interests are protected without having to pay thousands of dollars to draw up the seperation agreement?
