My wife ex has custody of her two kids follows the visitation agreement only when it suits him.Makes her do basically what he wants he to do to see them or treats to withhold her kids and have her arrested for contempt of the order. Knowing that she dosent have the means to get an attorney to fight him . example she had custody for the past ten years. They decided to make a switch so he could have them he never followed the first agreement any. For summer breaks or vacations doctors etc. since the new agreement has been filled he holds everything that he want to be enforced now like having the kids all summer break meet him where he deems is a neutral location the doctors visits that he has total control over basic he using her for his personal nanny . What can she do?
She must allow him access to the children pursuant to the times outlined in the agreement.
