Alienation of Affection ex spouse

Ex left me due to him seeing another women. We have seperation agreement filed with the court but he continues to come around to see me and sleeping with me and gets my hopes up of us working things out, even though he’s still with the other women. He know’s I have a weak spot for him (i’m trying to get better) but with him doing this, would it be anything I could about alienation of affection or anything in that nature.

You could sue the other woman for alienation of affection if you had genuine love and affection between you and your spouse but the other woman came in between that and destroyed and alienated that genuine love and affection.

If it is determined that you condoned the relationship (staying in the marriage, etc.), then you may not have a viable claim for alienation of affection.
