Alienation of affection

No…please see my last post responding to you. You need to respond to her complaint and request that her claim be dismissed because of the statute of limitations.

Can I be sued for alienation of affection if the following apply? Number (1) - there was some love between the spouses. Number (2) - spousal love was already in question by the husband before he made contact with me. Number (3) - Once again there was already a loss of affection which is why the husband was looking outside the marriage and questioning the marriage.

(1) the marriage entailed love between the spouses in some degree; (2) the spousal love was alienated and destroyed; and (3) defendant
