There is a 3 year statute of limitations on AofA. Hopefully an attorney will respond though because I am not sure that he would have a case if the problems are recent. Unless this person is still involved in your life I do not think that he can use the 3 year statute if you two did not actually separate two years ago…
Is there a statute of limitations for alienation of affection? my husband has accused me of having a fling (i didn’t) about 2 years ago. we worked thru our problems & now are having more problems. he has threatened to file a lawsuit against a former co-worker for alienation of affection if i leave or if we separate.
