Am I eligible For Alimony?

You may be able to get alimony, but it would be very short term and likely only enough to get you back on your feet. You would need to meet with an attorney to discuss this situation in depth before making any decisions.

Yes me and my husband have only been married for a year, but he would not let me work, I was totally dependant on him, we have no children together, but he said we were spliting up it wasn’t in agreement that I leave the home but we had been staying with his dad for the past two weeks, he basically took me to a friends house dropped me off and said he would pick me back up in 2 days and never showed up!! can I get alimony from him for abandonment? or have we not been married long enough??
