Annulment

Generally an annulment is not an option. See rosen.com/faq/siteserve/ppf/cat/2/faq.asp#69

She should explore legal services in her area or consider representing herself.

Good luck.

The response posted above is based upon the limited factual information made available and is not intended as a full and complete response to the question. The only reliable manner to obtain complete and adequate legal advice is to consult with an attorney, fully explain your situation, and allow the attorney sufficient opportunity to research the applicable law and facts required to render an accurate opinion. The basic information provided above is intended as a public service but a full discussion with an attorney should be undertaken before taking any action.

My sister married her second husband January 31, 2003. Since that time she has found out numerous things he had told her about himself are untrue. Would she qualify for an annulment? What could she do to fix this situation considering she is in no financial position to pay for legal fees?
