The only reliable manner to obtain complete and adequate legal advice is to consult with an attorney, fully explain your situation, and allow the attorney sufficient opportunity to research the applicable law and facts required to render an accurate opinion. My sister married her second husband January 31, 2003. Since that time she has found out numerous things he had told her about himself are untrue. Would she qualify for an annulment? What could she do to fix this situation considering she is in no financial position to pay for legal fees?
