If you live in NC, you will have to get a divorce. You have to be separated one year and one day, then YOU can file for divorce.
It is almost impossible to get an annulment in NC.
I have been married for 5months when my husband just up and left because we were having financial issues. He does not want to have kids and I desperatly do. He has stole money from me and because he has left he was to get a divorce or get it annulment. What can i do to get this annuled?
