i was married 25 days after my divorce went through. we have been seperated since only a few weeks after the marriage. I was wondering if there is anyway i can get a divorce or annulment from this marriage? i did change my name. he never physically moved in to my home.
I feel like i jumped at the chance of marriage due to my divorce.

According to the law in North Carolina you are not entitled to an annulment based on the facts of your case. You can get a divorce, but it will require the same separation period of one year and one day that you had to wait for your first marriage.
