I have a signed ED order with Court. I am having house appraised to determine market value to see if I want to buy out ex. I am paying appraiser.
Nowhere in order does it say she is required to be there. This is an appraisal, not an inspection.
Question: Am I required by law to let her be there? I don’t want her there, period. Next, is there anything specific I can do to prevent her from being there?
Note: She abandoned the house along with payments which I have continued to make 3 years ago…
