Can someone please help me? I had an attorney in the past whom I paid money to to represent me, had a few letters written back and forth to attorneys, laid out my case and provided backup paperwork. Now she is representing another family member in the same case, perhaps adversarily. Is this not a conflict on her part? Thank you.
