If my attorney failed to send me a copy of the last order and now I am being taken to court for contempt, in addition to failing to get severence pay information for 2 years, can I refuse to pay his fees of approximately $4000 based on such bad legal representation and not performing his job. There were many other incidences of his negligence (too numerous to list).
