Contempt of court

Some folks use the contempt forms provided by the Administrative Office of the Courts and modify them to apply to their situation.

Good luck.

The response posted above is based upon the limited factual information made available and is not intended as a full and complete response to the question. The only reliable manner to obtain complete and adequate legal advice is to consult with an attorney, fully explain your situation, and allow the attorney sufficient opportunity to research the applicable law and facts required to render an accurate opinion. The basic information provided above is intended as a public service but a full discussion with an attorney should be undertaken before taking any action.

MY EX-HUSBAND WAS ORDERED BY THE COURT TO PAY HALF OF MY LAWYERS FEES. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 1 YEAR AND HE HAS FAILED TO PAY ANYTHING. I PAID ALL BUT $200.00 MYSELF. THE LAWYER WILL NOT TAKE ANY ACTION ON MY BEHALF TO RECOVER THE MONEY THAT IS OWED. I AM UNABLE TO PAY ANOTHER LAWYER TO DO THIS FOR ME. WHAT I REALLY NEED TO KNOW IS WHERE CAN I OBTAIN THE IMFORMATION TO TAKE HIM BACK TO COURT TO GET MY MONEY.
