Its been 14 months since husband and i were separated, we have not settled on custody, child support, or property distribution, can i still file for a divorce and get divorced from him while we try to figure out the rest?

You should file for alimony and equitable distribution before your divorce is finalized. If judgment of divorce is entered and those complaints aren’t pending then you will lose your right to them.
what about custody of our son and child support, i dont care about property distribution or spousal support , alimony, etc…
Custody and child support may be filed at any time.
