I would think so…not really sure that there are laws against this if the information is provided for you. My suggestion though…if you suspect your spouse is doing something worth hiding, wouldn’t it be a safe bet to think that there’s a separate account where the user name and password are not written in a shared book?
If your spouse has given you permission to look at these accounts then you can do so, if you do not have permission I would not do so without speaking to an attorney first and disccusing all of the facts.

Good day. Can I log into my spouses email and myspace account if they keep the usernames and passwords in our username and password book? We pay our bills online so we have an address book that we keep account info in, like usernames and passwords. In other words if my spouse in not hiding it from me and it is in our book can I use it.
