Child born before the marriage

I am filing for divorce from my husband. We are not contesting anything so we are doing it ourselves. I do have one question. We have a daughter that was born BEFORE the marriage and none that were born OF the marriage. In the sample that I am using to do our divorce with, it says: " that there was ___ child born of the marriage, _______ born _____"

The question is:
do I put our daughter there?
do I leave that out and put that there was no child born OF the marriage?
or do I change the wording to state that there was a child born BEFORE the marriage?

Change the wording to say “there was one child born to the parties, Jane Doe, born, _____. "
