Where child care expenses are included in child support but the cost of this care changes weekly or monthly, how is that accounted for in what is paid to the person with custody each month? In other words if Jan=$400, Feb=$300, Mar=$300, Apr=$200. How is the amount paid by the noncustodial parent determined?

For purposes of completing the child support worksheet you would average the total cost over a 12 month period.
