ME AND MY WIFE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF SEPRATING WE ARE CURRENTLY LIVING TOGATHER WHILE THE HOUSE IS BEING SOLD. WE HAVE TALKED VERY LITTLE ABOUT CHILD CUSTODY WE HAVE TWO KIDS A BOY AND A GIRL. AFTER THE HOUSE IS SOLD. I AM GOING TO LIVE WITH MY MOTHER SHE WILL BE LIVING WITH HER MOTHER. MY MOTHER HAS ONLY A THREE BEDROOM HOME HER MOTHER HAS A FOUR BEDROOM HOME. MY CONCERNS ARE I PLANNED TO LIVE WITH MY MOTHER FOR A LEAST A YEAR UNTILL I CAN GET BACK ON MY FEET. I WANT TO SHARE CUSTODY OF KIDS BUT I HAM AFRAID THAT ONLY HAVING ONE BEDROOM FOR THE KIDS WILL CAUSE A PROBLEM WITH BATTLE OVER CHILD CUSTODY NOT SURE IF SHE WILL BATTLE BUT JUST INCASE SHE DOES WILL THIS BE A PROBLE IF WE GO TO COURT?

A court should not penalize you for lack of the ability to provide two separate rooms for your children, and you will not be barred from having overnights with them because of that.
