Child pickup at school

Can the non custodial parent pick up the child at school on days that are not part of the visitation order? For instance, the parent has Wednesday’s and every other weekend visitation, could this parent pick up on a Tuesday.

No, typically the parent who has physical custody that day is responsible for transportation to/from school unless arrangements have been made for the non-custodial parent to provide this. In this example, picking up the child on a Tuesday would likely be seen as interring with the other parent’s custodial time.
