My most recent child support order includes extraordinary expenses for day care costs. This resulted in a $100.00 a month increase in child support. If the need for day care goes away, how is the order modified. It may not be 3yrs since the set order and it may not result in a 15% change. However, I would be paying for a need that is no longer there. Could I still file for a modification based on the child no longer needing day care?
