If a minor has a child, is the minor’s parent responsible financially for child support? In this case both ‘parents’ are 17 years old. I was wondering if the ‘grandparent’ bear financial responsibility for the child. What about healthcare?? Would the child fall under the ‘grandparent’ policy (the one the kids are on) or would it be medicare??
