Dear gordona:
Greetings. Go and work this out on the child support worksheet/calculator on our website and that will tell you if he is paying the correct amount. Thank you.

My husband pays 100% of the insurance for his child. We were told that he gets a dollar for dollar credit for this amount and that counts as part of his obligation for child support. Is this true? The childs portion is $162/mo, and he pays $600 in support to the mother. He makes $4800/mo…does this sound in line for what he should be paying? Thank you!
