Child support

I JUST RECEIVE A MESSGE FROM MY CASE WORKER AT THE CSE OFFICE. HE INDICATED THAT SINCE I HAVE OTHER LITIGATION GOING ON IN COURT WITH MR. OWENS AND CUSTODY AND CHILD SUPPORT HAS NOT BEEN ESTABLISHED. THEY HAVE TO GET ALL THE RECORDS FROM COURT AND HAVE THEIR ATTORNEYS TO TAKE A LOOK AT THE ISSUE AND SEE WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST WAY TO PERSUE THE CASE. I DON’T UNDERSTAND HE HAS NOT PAID ANY SUPPORT SINCE THE DIVORCE IN 2006. IN THE MEANWHILE MY KIDS ARE SUFFERING . wHY SHOULD IT MATTER IF THINGS HAVE NOT BEEN SETTLE YET IN ORDER TO GET CHILD SUPPORT.

CSE will not keep a case when the parties are represented by counsel.

#3

CSE does not consider one party doesn’t have an attorney?

No, if you are not represented they should pursue support, but will need to have custody established first.
