You are welcome! I really love what I do, and I am glad I get a chance to share what I know with others.
I have an unpopular solution - pay her one week in advance. If you pay her one double payment, this will NEVER be an issue again, since you will always be one week in advance. This will also be a cushion for emergency situation. Just keep great records showing when you paid her the extra week and et her know on the check that it is an advance payment. Thank you.

First let me say thank you for all your answers to my previous questions as well as everyone else’s questions. This is all so helpful to me.
My question is this: In the original child support agreement between my fiance and his ex-wife it states he will pay her child support on Friday of each week. The divorce papers (which we finally got) state that he is to pay her child support each week with no specific day. Every Friday if we do not get over to her house by 5:00 she starts calling and leaving messages about how she needs her check to buy groceries for his child and so on and so forth. This may happen once every two months. He gets paid on Friday mornings and I do all I can to get her her child support by the end of the day on Friday, however, there are those few occasions where I we may not get it to her until Saturday or Sunday but I always make sure she has it before the week ends on Sunday. Are these calls considered harassment or am I in the wrong for not rushing home from work on Friday to give her her check. He works nights so he usually comes home from work and goes to sleep and gets up when I come home from work. 99% of the time I make sure she has her check on Friday especially since every other Friday we pick up his daughter for our weekend visitation. Any feedback on this you can give me before I have him discuss this with her would be helpful.
