I’m interested in this topic as well. My ex had our child in a daycare that was nearly $400 per month, but then she ended the daycare and cut her work hours in order to “home school” our child.

Ex is claiming day care expenses of almost $300/month but is not sending child to day care after school. How can we address this? Child is going home by self after school. We have tried talking to ex and she says she will send him but is not. Not so concerned about money as the child’s safety. What avenues should we pursue? DSS?
