Cohabitation During Separation

I have been separated for 19 mos and would like for my boyfriend to move in with me.

My separation agreement states that I may reside with whomever I see fit but will not have overnight guests of the opposite sex when the children are with me.

Would my boyfriend moving in be a violation?

I think that the distinction lies in whether your boyfriend is a “guest” or “lives” there. I believe that if a third party moves into the residence, that is not the same as being a guest and therefore that party can be present while the children are present.
