Greetings. It depends on what the separation agreement or court order determining child custody says about co-habitation. If it is silent as to co-habitation, then you may be able to move in together. I recommend that you not move in together until you are married (or at least set a date within the next couple of months). Best of luck.

My boyfriend and I want to move in together. He has his 3 children every other weekend. Are we allowed to live together before marriage if there are minor children involved?
