I am filing tomorrow and have been unable to find an example of a complaint for absolute divorce that includes a request for the entering of a domestic relations order (which I have attached and pre-approved by the plan administrator). Currently my wording is:

…Plaintiff respectfully requests…
b. the division of retirement account as specified in the attached Marital Property Agreement by the entering of a Domestic Relations Order, a true and correct copy of which is attached to this Complaint as Exhibit B.

Would this wording likely suffice? Thanks so much!

Yes, and include the request for the limited ED in your prayer for relief as well.

Is the prayer for relief the last part of the complaint or part of the judgment? Thank you again for all of your help!

It is at the end of the Complaint- and you will need to include an allowance for limited ED in the judgment as well.
