I recently had filed a contempt motion on my ex for non compliance with child support. However he did comply before court date which was today. Neither of us showed for court. will the judge dissmiss the contempt case?
Perhaps, or a he or she could issue a warrant for failure to appear.
I did leave a message with his clerk today that he had complied with the order and that I would like it dismissed? Would that warrant for FTA be for just him or both of us?
