We have a custody agreement that was made up prior to us getting married. Need to know if its still in effect and if so i need to know about filing contempt of court charges because he has been bringing my daughter around this other female when our agreement was that you have to be dating for 6+ months before doing so. I need to know a good lawyer in Forsyth County so I can find out about filing contempt of court charges. On top of it my husband is in law enforcement
Even if the agreement is still valid, you should file an action for custody, not a breach of contract action.
