I filed for absolute divorce myself asking for nothing and he Counter Claimed with an attorney stating the Court will need to make an equitable distribution of the marital and divisible property and debts and an unequal distribution in favor of the Defendant would be equitable in this case…I live in the house we acquired as he could not afford it but he left and took 1/2 of furniture and all the tools from the garage. We have a 17 year old child and he pays 0 support…so now I need an attorney after all but Rosen doesnt cover the county I live in and the first attorney I called can’t do a consult until November which is outside of the time I need it…any recommendations?
