Tomorrow I have an appointment for court ordered mediation, what happens if my ex does not show up? Will he be excused if he is in the hospital?
He may be ordered to appear before the judge at a later date to provide just cause for his non- attendance. I would suggest you let the folks at the mediation office know of his situation and ask that the session be rescheduled.
