Technically, she broke the law too (adultry). But I know of no legal way to ‘sue’ the spouse like you can sue the 3rd party. It’s like the CC law is, well, I can’t sue you…so I’ll go after the third party.
Given your other posts, I have to ask. What is this guy in prison for? And how long will he be there? Just curious at his criminal background and how if may affect his current situation with his marriage.
