Criminal conversation

Dear ILMG:

Greetings. Testimony is proof. It is up to the jury who they believe. So, each of you testify, and the jury determines who is guilty or innocent. Best of luck.

How is criminal conversation proven? I admitted I had sex with the guy before I knew he was married, but I didn’t admit having sex with him afterward I found out. How is that proven? There are no photos or videos of it, so how is it proven. He has said that we did. I say he slept on the couch.
