Yes, all income is supposed to be included in the calculation…income from rental properties etc.
If that money is consistently received by your spouse it can be counted as income.

I know that when calculating child support that the parents income are used and daycare expenses, insurance and such, but my question is…if a parent receives money each month from an outside source, meaning not a job, and this is consistently shown on bank statements as a deposit each month, can this amount be used in calculating child support as other income?
