The age of consent is 16 (meaning they are allowed to consent to sex) the age of majority is 18 (right to vote, get drafted, etc)
Drinking age is 21.
Go get your child if they interfer call the cops(kiddnapping is a crime)be prepared to swear out a warrent. Be sure to have your court papers with you when you go showing your custody.

My daughter has been staying with people in north carolina until school in that area was completed. I have sole legal custody of her and they are refusing to put her on the plane. Someone told me that the legal adult age is 16 there. I need to know if I have options.
