My step-daughter is turning 18 soon. Does the custody order 50/50 end the day she turns 18 or would the custody order continue until graduation?
Would medical bills still be split 50/50 until graduation or do they no longer get split once child is 18?
Custody terms terminate once the child turns 18.
Child support terms typically terminate once the child has turned 18 and graduates from high school (whichever comes later) unless the child support order states differently. So unless the child support states otherwise, the medical bills would continue to be divided until she is 18 and has graduated from high school (assuming the child support order already requires division of medical bills).
