If there is no current court order then they way you guys are currently doing visitation will sta the same unless you can come up with some kind of agreement
Divorce was granted but sep agreement outlining custody and visitation never was. Custody and visitation were not incorporated into final divorce either. Is custody equal until an order is made? What about visitation? If nothing has been signed, is there recourse when maternal g’mother witholds contact between father and daughters while in her care?
