If I already filed for divorce but have not been to court yet, can I still have a separation agreement for custody? I thought that we could write our own and have a notary sign that paper? We both agree on everything to do with our daughter. I dont understand how the separation agreement works when it comes to custody
You may enter into an agreement regarding custody at anytime, before or after divorce.
