I got divorced with my ex-husband about six months back. The case about the custody of our son is still going on in the Court. My lawyer at Monteith Baker in Newmarket is doing great trying to get me his custody. But I am worried because I feel like my son loves his father more than he likes me and would say in the court if he wants to go with him. He likes me, but I think he likes him better. I can’t imagine living with him away from me. I know there are chances that the Court will his custody to me, but I can’t think positively in this situation. Anyone who went through similar situations has any advice for me?
