Well, it’s considered adultery if either of you have extramarital relations while you’re married, unless you both agree it’s OK. A judge ruled in my case that my girlfriend was not a threat and not unfit, however, she could not spend the night while the kids were there.

unless the character of his girlfriend is befor the court(if you can prove he has a girlfriend) the judge will only put in the order that neither of you can not have overnight visits of the opposite sex while either of you have custody of the child
