If the Deed to the house is still in BOTH parties names can she still come after the house? Divorce has been finalized for 5 months now, and we have papers signed by both of us saying who gets what. She got money and furniture and I got the house. According to the signed papers by both of us, I have 2 yrs to pay her her money. Now she is saying she wants the house, is that possible (our divorce is done and over with)? Thanks…
