I have no help to offer, just that I understand. This month alone there is 780.00 in frivilous spending on my husband’s account, and that is a good month! I have statements that show 800.00 just in clothing in a 3 week period. It’s unbelievable. But yet I make 100 a week and I had to buy summer clothes for the girls. UGG. These bank statements are the core of my “proof”. Lots of luck to you.

pickles,

Wasting of marital assets is a factor a judge will consider in an equitable distribution proceeding. The question of whether assets have been “wasted” is a factual matter, and it would be wise to further consult your attorney on the issue of what constitutes marital waste.
