Waste of Marital Assets

I’m curious about something. If a spouse spends approx $15.00 a day EVERYDAY for alcohol can that be considered a waste of marital assets?

No, this is not considered marital waste of assets for equitable distribution purposes. It could however, qualify as a form of marital misconduct: reckless spending of the income of either party.
