Yes, you are entitled to half of the marital portion of all retirement benefits acquired by either party during the marriage. You may also be entitled to alimony as a dependent spouse. Best of luck.

My wife and I are selling our home during our seperation, and spiltting the profits. Her lawyer said that this was part of my fair compensation as a dependent spouse. A friend also told me that I may be entitled to half her 401K plans while we have been married. Is this true? Thank You.
