Greetings. For an absolute divorce the firm charges $1,000.00 plus filing fees of $90.00 and any service charges. You will not need to go to court if we do your divorce for you. I hope that helps!

I’d like to get a basic idea of how much filing for divorce will cost (the fee calculator on this site seems to be geared more towards people who will need extensive litigation)…my wife and I have been separated for over a year, have no children and are in agreement about getting a divorce. In other words, I basically just need help filling out and filing the papers, as neither of us have any disagreements that would require more extensive legal help. I’ve considered a “do-it-yourself” option, but would be more comfortable with a Lawyer helping me through the process…I just need to know if my budget can handle the cost! Thanks!
