Divorce from Bed and Board

My husband has a long history of alcohol abuse and subsequent job losses, which has taken a toll on the family. He refuses treatment and will not leave the house. I’m considering a Divorce from Bed and Board. I’ve read the Rosen website and others, so I know that I would file under the grounds of “Excessive drug or alcohol use that makes the complaining spouse’s condition intolerable or life overly burdensome.” But what would I need to prove this? Would a documented alcohol assessment be enough? And what is the process?

Thanks

Evidence for your divorce from bed and board claim will entail anything you can present based on your own personal knowledge or that of a witness who testifies. Evidence would include testimony of events and behavior and any physical evidence you have: pictures, receipts, etc. that help your case.
