thanks for the reply. But if i have perm residency whow will i have a place to stay knowingly I don’t work cause i have kids to take care of?

Greetings. Yes, my advice is that you speak with an immigration attorney about your immigration status. I know many people that have filed for permanent citizenship or resident status and have obtained a divorce without the divorce affecting their application and filing. Thank you.
